Depositing refers to transferring digital assets from a wallet or an account on another platform to an account on another platform. If you need to transfer assets from other platforms to BitKan, you can follow the steps below to recharge.
1. Open the BitKan APP, click the [Deposit] button on the homepage, or click the asset button in the lower right corner to enter the fund account interface.
2. Select the currency you want to recharge. If it is not a popular currency, you can search for the currency you want to recharge in the search box above.
3. Taking USDT as an example, select the recharge network, save the QR code or copy the recharge address below.
4. Open the withdrawal page of the other platform, select the currency USDT, and paste the recharge address of USDT in the BitKan account copied in step 3 above in the withdrawal address bar (or scan the saved recharge QR code). When selecting a withdrawal network, please pay special attention. If you select USDT-TRC20 as the network for USDT deposits under your BitKan account in step 3 above, then you must also select TRC20 as the network for USDT withdrawals on the other platform. Please make sure that the network is consistent, then enter the withdrawal amount, and withdraw the money.
Note:
(1) Normal deposits will have a delay in block confirmation, resulting in the deposit not being credited in time. Please wait patiently.
(2) Please make sure that the deposit network of the same currency is consistent with the withdrawal network on the other platform, otherwise the assets will not be credited. For example, you cannot deposit assets from the TRC20 network to the on-chain network or other networks such as ERC20.
(3) Please carefully check the currency and address when depositing. If you fill in the wrong address, the deposit will not be credited. For example, before depositing, check to ensure that the currency on the deposit platform and the withdrawal platform is consistent. Do not deposit LTC to the BTC address.
(4) For some currencies, you need to fill in a tag (Memo/Tag) when you deposit. Please fill in the tag correctly on the other party's platform. If the tag is filled in incorrectly, the funds will not be credited to your account.
