When you deposit or withdraw money on BitKan, you need to choose the correct deposit/withdrawal network, otherwise the coins may be lost.
So how to choose the right network? Let's take the most common digital asset USDT as an example. First of all, please note:
When choosing a deposit network, the withdrawal/withdrawal network of other exchanges and wallets must be consistent with the BitKan deposit network. For example, if you choose USDT-ERC20 as the deposit network, then the withdrawal/withdrawal network must choose USDT-ERC20, otherwise the coins will be lost.
The same applies to the withdrawal network: when choosing a withdrawal network, the selected network must be consistent with the deposit network.
View path: Open BitKan APP, click [Assets] - [Overview] - [Deposit] to select the currency USDT. Currently, BitKan supports the following USDT networks: USDT-ERC20, USDT-TRC20, USDT-BEP20
You can choose any network, but please note that due to the different performance of each network, the speed, security, and handling fees of recharge will also be different.
Take the two most common USDT networks as an example: USDT-TRC20 is fast and has low handling fees, which is suitable for small recharges/withdrawals, while USDT-ERC20 is relatively safe, but the arrival time is relatively slow and the handling fees are high, which is suitable for large recharges/withdrawals.
After selecting the recharge network, you can directly copy the recharge address of BitKan. Open other platforms or wallets, select withdraw currency (withdrawal), paste the copied recharge address into the corresponding field, fill in the relevant information according to the prompts and press confirm to complete the recharge operation.
