Completing the withdrawal operation on the other party's withdrawal platform does not mean that the funds are immediately recharged to the BitKan platform.
There are 3 steps to recharge digital assets:
The other party's withdrawal platform (or wallet) remits the funds - the block miner confirms - the BitKan platform deposits the funds.
So, when the other party's withdrawal platform (or wallet) shows that the withdrawal is successful, but the BitKan platform account has not received the digital assets, it is because the block has not been confirmed after the digital assets are withdrawn and uploaded to the chain. When the miners on the chain confirm and reach the block confirmation number of the currency, the BitKan platform can deposit your assets.
However, if the block is congested, it will also cause your digital assets to be unable to complete all confirmations. Only after all the blocks are confirmed can the BitKan platform deposit your assets. After the deposit, you can view the relevant assets in your account.
Please check the following items before contacting the BitKan platform:
(1) If the block has not been fully confirmed, please wait patiently for the block to be confirmed.
(2) If the block is confirmed but the deposit has not yet been received on the BitKan platform, please wait patiently. There may be a short delay in the platform receiving the deposit. You can also provide the customer service with your account (email or mobile phone), deposit currency, transaction ID (the transaction ID is generated by the withdrawal platform, please ask the withdrawal platform for it) and other information for inquiry.
