When using the platform's app, in scenarios such as identity verification or providing payment orders, the app may require you to enable certain permissions (e.g., storage, camera, microphone) to upload images, recordings, or videos.
If you are unable to provide payment receipts or upload relevant screenshots or proof to customer service, it might be because the app doesn't have camera permissions enabled. You need to go to your phone's app permission management and enable 【Storage】 and 【Camera】 permissions. The location to enable permissions may vary by phone model. Please refer to the instructions for the following models:

3. Find 【Photos】 and 【Camera】, and enable 【BitKan】 permissions for both.
4. Switch the toggle for BitKan from 【Off】 to 【On】 to complete the setup.
